  • As temperature in drying furnace and drying time according to work materials and different coating materials can be set, adhesive property of film improves.
  • By the function of elastic collision equipment mounted on conveyor chain, the transfer of work and the film thickness are uniform.

No pollution in a new age
  • The mist of over-sprayed coating material can be changed to the different direction by high speed air current in a booth with no pump and flown into a water tank. High efficiency of the mist removal.
  • Make-up water in a booth water tank is just enough to supply vaporized water, so that there is no pollution problem of liquid waste. The collected mist precipitates in the state of sludge which is not adhesive. So, there is no septic action of water even if used for long hours.
  • Even UV coating material is allowed to collect mist completely by the mist treatment equipment incorporated in the exhauster in booth.
