Towards the end of 1991, the Company acquired two extrusion machines of renown brand. This process of u.P.V.C. Pipe extrusion is the toast of the industry for its innovation and reliability. In late 1993, the company acquired its third extrusion line and late 1997, acquired another three extrusion lines. The combined total output of the six extrusion lines is 1,800 kg per hour.

The Company has provision for another four extrusion lines on its expansion programme.

The u.P.V.C. Pipes produced are highly calibrated with uniform in quality and reliability. Stringent quality control procedures are monitor and control by the Quality Control Department.

The Company is capable of manufacturing pipe diameter from 15mm to 300 mm of all classes. Resintech is also capable of manufacturing various type pf fittings to go together with our PVC Pipes. These fittings have SIRIM approvals.
